1. Who this covers

This policy describes how IgnitionTech Fire Consulting LLC (“IgnitionTech”) handles information collected through ignitiontechfireconsulting.com and the domains that redirect to it, including itech-fire.com.

2. Information collected

Forms on this site collect the contact and project details a visitor chooses to provide: name, company, email address, phone number, role, project type, jurisdiction, project status, and any files uploaded with a request. The site also records the page a form was submitted from and, where present, campaign parameters in the page address.

With the visitor’s consent through the cookie banner, the site uses HubSpot analytics cookies to understand which pages are visited and to associate later form submissions with earlier visits. Server logs record the IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and performance monitoring.

3. How it is used

Information submitted through a form is used to respond to the request, prepare a scope, and manage the resulting project. IgnitionTech may send occasional email about code changes and services; every such email includes an unsubscribe link. Information is not sold or rented.

4. Service providers

Form submissions and analytics are processed by HubSpot. The site is hosted by Vercel. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and only to provide the service to IgnitionTech.

5. Retention and security

Contact and project records are retained for as long as needed to serve the client and to meet professional record-keeping obligations. The site is served over HTTPS with security headers, and access to the HubSpot account is restricted to IgnitionTech personnel.

6. Choices

Visitors may decline analytics cookies in the banner, unsubscribe from email at any time, and request a copy, correction, or deletion of their information by emailing info@itech-fire.com.
